Benaara Gardens successfully integrated medium density residential apartments with a heritage building to create one of Castle Hill’s luxury residential addresses.  The contemporary apartment blocks are nestled around historic Wansborough House to create a contemporary, colonial ambience.  Extensive restoration works brought the derelict old structure back to life and it is currently home to a Montessori education centre.

The project features indoor swimming pool, spa, steam room, gymnasium and residents’ function room to create a super lifestyle choice just minutes stroll from Castle Tower shopping precinct.

The site orientation sympathetically featured historic Wansbrough House at its centre – mixing contemporary and colonial.
