The staff of Dyldam is immensely proud of their CEO Mr Joseph Khattar who who became a member of the Order of Australia in the 2012 Australia Day Honours.

Mr Khattar has worked tireless in the community over many decades:

* as President of the highly respected Australian Lebanese Chamber of Commerce; a role he has embraced since 2003. 

* Mr Khattar spent an extended term on th Board of the University of Sydney's Australian Lebanese Foundation.

* He is an active Board member of the Westmead Medical Research Foundation - the key charity fundraiser for vital medical research and clinical care at Westmead Hospital.

* Mr Khattar is also Vice President of The George Naim Khattar Foundation, established in 2011 in honour of his late brother George.

Mr Joseph Khattar has undertaken his role in community life in the spirit of generosity and care.

Dyldam has been a proud sleeve sponsor for the Parramatta Eels during their 2011 NRL campaign. A long time supporter of the local team, Dyldam has been an Eels sponsor for more than a decade. The distinctive bright orange corner posts featuring the Dyldam logo have been a regular feature in the sports photography at the Eels matches each season. The company wishes the team every success in their season next year.

Dyldam was privileged to be a sponsor of the George Bousannif rally car in this year's exciting esCarpade Rally. Organised by Camp Quality in support of kids with cancer, esCarpade featured 74 cars and raised $1.4 million in funds to help the childen. Dyldam's corporate logo was featured on the bonnet and side panels of George's rally car. The legacy of the beloved Dyldam Director George Khattar lives on since his tragic passing in 2010 through The George Naim Khattar Foundation.

Launched on 15th March 2011, The George Naim Khattar Foundation is a not for profit organisation which raises funds for community projects. This year, the Foundation has already held the hugely successful charity dinner “A NIGHT TO REMEMBER” at Doltone House and raised much needed funds for the Youth and Community Centre at Our Lady of Lebanon Church in Harris Park.

The Foundation looks forward to organising further humanitarian events.
