Recent achievements include Entrada – an impressive mixed use development which occupies a city block on the corner of Victoria Road and Church Street - landmarks of Parramatta, two of New South Wales’ most iconic roadways. With a new-look Coles Supermarket featured in the ground floor retail precinct, tranquil central garden plaza and 164 residential apartments complete with rooftop swimming pool and gymnasium - Entrada has changed the landscape of North Parramatta.

Commercial success is illustrated by 27 Argyle Street. An eleven storey commercial/retail building in the heart of Parramatta (New South Wales’ second largest city) which has been designed to meet a 4.5 star greenhouse rating¹. This space has been leased by a department of the New South Wales Government.
